Cancellation & Refund Policy
The current cancellation, rescheduling, refund, no-show and weather policies for lessons and events.
Full refund or free rescheduling
Cancel for a full refund or move the lesson without an additional charge.
$75 cancellation or rescheduling fee
The remaining amount is handled according to the payment and booking record.
Nonrefundable and not reschedulable
This also applies to missed lessons and no-shows.
Weather and unsafe conditions
Lessons may proceed in light drizzle. Ready to Pedal may cancel or reschedule when weather or riding conditions are unsafe. If Ready to Pedal cancels, families may reschedule without charge or receive a refund.
Families may receive weather communication by text and, for some events, a dedicated WhatsApp group.
This policy must be reconciled with the final Booknetic payment states, processor refund workflow, package terms and any event deposit rules before launch.
