Cancellation window
More than 48 hours: full refund or free rescheduling. Between 24 and 48 hours: $75 fee. Less than 24 hours or a no-show: nonrefundable and not reschedulable.
Weather
Lessons may proceed in light drizzle. If Ready to Pedal cancels because conditions are unsafe, the family may reschedule without charge or receive a refund.
After booking
Families receive confirmation, lesson details, location information and preparation reminders after required forms, policies and payment are completed.
